Hello From California!

BALANCE    YOU!

I believe Athma or Atma or Soul or Alma means your heart and mind. Your heart's electrical system controls all the events in your body. Your mind is a private sphere to which no one but you have an access. No one else can know your mind. Others can only interpret what you consciously or unconsciously communicate. Your cognitive thought process starts from your mind. So if you keep your heart and mind "pure" (Athma-Pure) that balances you right away. Your mental atmosphere or state of mind works with positive thoughts. That transforms your belief into good behaviour and good attitude in order to succeed in life. To balance your mind and body, follow Ramen's Athma-Pure Logics to feel better.

The genetic predisposition of the human body is protected and improved by the long term effect of the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe. Your athma or soul lives longer with good health. Be calorie conscious in selecting the food you eat, and stay physically active. Don't skip meals. Eat small portions, five times a day. Your body needs fuel to function properly without any stress. Your healthful body weight is attained by intuitive eating. Listen to your body signals that you are full. Respect your body.

Our bodies are alkaline by design and acid by function. The fluids that make up 70% of your body must remain alkaline for you to experience optimal health. If you eat acidic foods in a meal, you should balance that meal with alkaline foods. Eat acidic foods only as needed. Omega-3 fatty acids are used in the formation of cell walls, making them supple and flexible, and improve circulatory oxygen uptake with proper red blood cell flexibility and function. An ideal intake ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids is between 1:1 and 4:1, with most Americans only obtaining a ratio between 10:1 and 25:1. You should include optimum levels of omega-3 fatty acids in your meal.

Follow the nutritional pyramid. According to Dr. Howell, enzymes are the "labor force" that builds your body just like construction workers are the labor force that builds your house. You may have all the necessary building materials and lumber, but to build a house you need workers, which represent the vital life element. Similarly, you may have all the nutrients -- vitamins, proteins, minerals, etc., for your body, but you still need the enzymes -- the life element -- to keep the body alive and well. So you can supplement the enzymes along with your daily vitamins and minerals intake. Take a minimum dose of prebiotic and probiotic (synbiotic) supplements to modulate your immune system.

Don't confuse your digestive system by mixing too many animal proteins and plant proteins in a single meal. Drink an optimum level of mineral water daily to hydrate your body. Maintain your skin health, dental health and colon health. Stay sexually active with quality not the quantity. Every day, you should practice imagery, breathing exercises and ergonomics for a few minutes each . This will reduce stress in your body and will make you feel more energetic. Daily elimination of your fecal waste materials is a must and should require little strain to keep your gut healthy for the beneficial bacteria to grow. Take a daily shower to get rid other body excretions. Listen to your body and stay fit at every age of your life. Sufficient sleep is needed every day. Relaxation and having fun will bring you bliss. This way, you control your body.

The well-being of your mind has much to do with physical health. As in any learned process, the communication between your mind and the well-being of your physical self becomes a skill developed with practice. Like driving a car, a new driver must work diligently to control the vehicle, but with practice it becomes a skill requiring less effort. In the same way you can control your body and mind by following the well-being concepts. Otherwise, you must depend on others to treat your illnesses. It is a very simple logic to understand.

No one is perfect, and no process is perfect either. You need to remind yourself about self discipline and self control, sometimes using moderation and balance principles, which will boost your self esteem to function properly in your daily life. Find solutions for any problems that you face, rather than stressing out. Talk to your close friends and family members you trust for any difficult issues that you can't solve. Love and enjoy the work you do. Everyone is born genius with certain talents. Use those talents at the right time and right place. Cultivate that special talent of yours and respect your peers. Live simply, stay calm and persistent toward your goals by walking on your own path. Know your values, and manage and lead from those values. Maintain your perspective on all things, at all times. Once you’ve found good people, mentor and coach them. Provide support, guidance, direction, and encouragement.

Think carefully about how you spend your dollars. There is a lot of data that suggests experiences are better than durable goods. A good trip to see attractions will bring wonderful memories and the happiness you deserve. Research finds rising living standards don’t guarantee contentment. Stay simple. Use your leisure time by socializing with friends and helping your family and local community. Invest in yourself by reading good books and articles, and listening to your mentors. In your plan prepare for the opportunity that will make you fortune. Plan ahead and use your time wisely with a positive attitude.

Stay on your solid path and focus on your goals. Don’t rush or push yourself too hard to reach your long term goals. Focus on what you control. Change what you can. Leave the rest to someone else. If you judge people right away, you have no time to love them. Don’t compare yourself with others; time will bring you wealth. Share your personal wealth with your local community towards a good cause. Forgiveness is a special gift. The ability to forgive will make you happy. A loving nature and spiritual life will bring its own gifts. We begin aging when we stop learning. Remember, if you don't have enough knowledge, you will easily be fooled by others. Update your knowledge daily.
